Insurance: Within Reach Therapy is currently in-network with Aetna. We are actively working to expand our insurance partnerships, please check back for updates.

If you have an Aetna plan, we will bill your insurance directly. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is my copay or coinsurance per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

If you have a different insurance plan, you may still be eligible for out-of-network benefits. Please contact us to discuss your options.

Reduced Fee Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
