I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults, young adults, and teenagers through a wide range of emotional and interpersonal challenges. Throughout my career I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and relationship issues.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities and use an integrative approach tailored to your unique personality, needs, and goals. My work often involves helping clients explore and build on their strengths while gently challenging patterns that may be getting in the way of deeper connection, clarity, or self-acceptance.
