Couples, Adults, Teens & Children
Relationships can be both a source of connection and a source of pain. Whether you’re struggling in your relationship, navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or trying to better understand yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
I’m a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with couples, adults, and children navigating relationship challenges, communication difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, emotional disconnection, self-esteem, family dynamics, and other challenges that can impact how we connect with ourselves and the people around us.
Working with couples
In my work with couples, I help partners understand the patterns that keep them stuck, improve communication, rebuild emotional and physical connection, and develop healthier ways of relating to one another. My approach is collaborative and relationship-focused, with an emphasis on helping couples move beyond blame toward understanding, accountability, and meaningful connection.
Working with adults
With adults, I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space to explore relationships, boundaries, identity, self-worth, life transitions, and recurring patterns. Therapy can help you understand what is happening, why certain patterns keep showing up, and what you can do differently.
Working with teens and children
With teens and children, I focus on creating a space where young people feel heard, respected, and understood. I support teens navigating identity, relationships, family dynamics, emotional regulation, self-esteem, anxiety, school-related stress, and the challenges of growing into themselves.
When working with younger children, I recognize that children often communicate through their behavior, play, and relationships rather than words alone. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to better understand a child’s needs, strengthen parent-child relationships, support emotional development, and develop practical strategies that can be incorporated into everyday family life.
My goal is to help you develop greater insight, stronger relationships, healthier boundaries, and a deeper understanding of yourself.
You don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy can be the beginning of a different way of relating: to yourself, to others, and to the life you’re creating.
